The King of Greek cheeses, Feta is made with sheep's and goat's milk and has a soft to harder texture as it matures. Due to its popularity, "Feta-like" white cheeses are very common around the world but only certain regions in Greece produce the authentic Feta cheese which carries the PDO stamp of the region.
